Beginner Boxing!

Beginners learn basic stance, footwork, defense, and simple punches such as the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut. Training often includes shadowboxing, bag work, conditioning, and drills to improve speed, strength, coordination, and endurance. Boxing emphasizes discipline, fitness, technique, and strategy as much as power.
